My Office Hours

The office is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9am-5pm

 

Appointments are scheduled Monday, Wednesday and Friday at the following time slots: 9 am, 10:30 am, 12pm, 1:30pm, and 3pm.

 

Additional appointments available in case of emergency.

Directions

My office is located inside a medical complex on Sunrise Blvd. between the major cross streets of Madison Avenue and Sunset Blvd. The office complex is on the corner of Sunrise Blvd and Cavalli Way. 

 

If you are coming from Sunrise and Hwy 50, it is the second right after Sunset.  If you are coming from I80 and Madison turn R onto Sunrise and it is the second (no light) street on the L.
